In the spacious courtyard of Villa Rotonda, there is an impressive 52 m2 pool, ideal for refreshing and relaxing during hot summer days. Beside the pool, guests can enjoy the cozy covered summer kitchen with a fireplace and a large outdoor dining table. It is the perfect place for family lunches or dinners with friends under the starry sky. For sunbathers, there are comfortable loungers, while the trampoline provides fun for the youngest family members. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower, parking for multiple vehicles, and a garage available.
Villa Rotonda consists of three accommodation units that function together as one and are rented exclusively together. On the ground floor, there is a spacious bedroom with its own bathroom and direct access to the pool area, providing maximum comfort and privacy. The first apartment spans two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed that can sleep two children, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there is a cozy bedroom, ideal for a peaceful night's sleep. The second apartment, located on the upper floor, has a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, ensuring additional comfort.

Beautifully located villa suitable for several families. Lovely outdoor kitchen where we cooked every evening. Very friendly host couple who gave us more firewood during the week. Super good pizza next door at Rotonda Lindar. Beautiful views and vineyards in the village. We went zip-lining in Pazin, wine tasting at Andelini and went with a rental car to both the west and east coasts for swimming and excursions. The villa is located a bit on the outskirts, so a rental car is recommended.
